"CardBot has helped us with scanning through bulk collections to not only cut labor costs but to catch lower value cards that would of probably have been set to the side or missed. It has easily paid for its self within the first few months. All the features they have been adding and upgrading are also making it a great inventory management system."
- Steven, UCN Gaming
"My CardBot saves me time and makes me so much money! It's like having an assistant that can find valuable cards, and go through trades quickly. It saves time looking up prices and the support provided when I have any questions is fast and friendly! Highly recommended for anyone who has a big collection, does trades, and values their time."
- Suzanne, Athoria Games
"The CardBot has allowed us to better organize the singles we offer as a shop. Having the ability to scan them into a digital inventory that updates prices automatically saves so much time spent tracking price trends.
It has also expedited the valuation of collections that we are considering buying. Load them into the CardBot, have it sort based off of your parameters, make your offer."
- James, Arena Comics & Gaming
"I love my CardBot. And I appreciate the staff at CardCastle. As a small game store owner, we want to make sure we get every bit of value from our bulk cards that we can. I no longer have to remember the commons or uncommons that are worth money.
I can sort multiple rows of cards during a work day, and it takes less than 10 min to decide what I'm looking for, load, and then take out later. If I'm pulling all the land out or I'm looking for particular sets.
The only thing better than the machine is the staff behind it. Any time there is a problem they are right there with answers. Kind, considerate, always thinking ahead. A rock star group, and I'm glad of their support."
- Carena W, Gateway Games
"CardBot is easy to set up and use, it's compact design leaving our workspace open for other projects. It is the first process we use to sort our cards; currently our main sorting option going by over/under price, and has saved us countless hours of manual labor, as well as doubled our productivity time. The support staff is prompt and knowledgeable, responding to our inquiries, or any technical difficulties, in a quick, efficient manner. We look forward to seeing more of the options for other card genres that are in the works and coming soon!"
- Kelli, E4 Cards & More
"It was a great day for everyone working at the shop, when processing bulk was no longer something we had to do with TCGPlayer's Quicklist. The variant era we are living in with MTG has been mind numbing.
Robotics is a must just for sanity purposes for everyone involved. Our CardBot has made sifting for value simple and easy. We don't have a lot of space to work in, and excessive noise can be hard to take. The CardBot has a small footprint, and runs really quiet. It loads almost a full row in a five row box.
It is also great to have behind the counter. Someone can bring in a 660 and we can make an accurate offer in about 45 minutes. Employees don't have to memorize all the prices anymore, and this opens us up to quickly recruit and train new people.
Higher wages require that employees have strong output. Having them sort or sift by hand is a waste of them as a resource, and consistently leads to employee burnout. Card price accuracy in the variant era is just not possible,
When going to a show, we take the CardBot along. It is a significant competitive advantage to be able to make a qualified offer at a show, without tying someone up to process a few commander decks. Our line keeps moving, and we keep making more money."
- Kevin, Primetime Cards and Games
"I would honestly lose my mind without the CardBot. It has made our backlog of Magic: The Gathering way less stressful. We are getting tons of cards organized now and with the price sifting feature we can sort out the cards that are valuable. It's an additional employee that goes above and beyond!"
- Kyle, Underground Card Zone
"I started out using the CardBot to extract value by sifting through a backlog of bulk. When I realized that the CardBot was the easiest way to digitize my new inventory for sale online, the machine was promoted to full-time employee! Unlike my human employees, the CardBot only needs to be paid in electricity. The staff at CardCastle is extremely friendly, and they are dedicated to ensuring that their customers are successful."

The CardBot can save you money and make you money! Here’s some of the ways you can see a return on your investment
How many hours do you or your staff spend managing your TCG singles inventory?
Let’s say you’re spending 2 hours a day, 6 days a week and you’re working for minimum wage (we hope you value your time more than that though!). That’s 624 hours/year at $7.25 - a total of $4,500/year.
By automating those tasks, you’re saving on those staff costs. From these metrics alone, you could see a ROI within 24 months.
If you’re spending more time on your inventory, or paying your staff more, you’ll see that ROI even sooner.
How many TCG players do you have in your community? What would they pay to have their collections scanned?
Let’s say there are 100 players in your community willing to pay $50 to have their collection scanned. That’s $5,000 in new revenue for your store.
How much revenue are you missing out on when you or your staff are focused on TCG singles management?
It’s hard to make a sale or run an event when your head is buried in a box of singles. By automating these tasks, you’re allowing yourself and your staff to focus on higher value tasks.
